Discuss the social, economic, and cosmetic consequences of tobacco use.
Evaluate the dangers of experimenting with tobacco products.
Summarize the benefits of being tobacco-free
Explain that tobacco is addictive
Describe the effects of second hand smoke
Explain why tobacco, alcohol, or other substances are an unhealthy way to manage stress.
Alcohol and Other Drugs- Alcohol, Depressants, Stimulants, Marijuana, Inhalants, Steroids, Psychoactive Drugs, Narcotics, Hallucinogens
Explain the dangers of alcohol and experimenting with other drugs, including inhalants.
Differentiate between proper use and abuse of medication.
Summarize the negative consequences of using alcohol and other drugs.
Describe the relationship between using alcohol and other drugs and other health risks such as unintentional injuries, violence, suicide, and tobacco use.
Explain why using alcohol or other substances are an unhealthy way to manage stress.
Discuss and describe the health risks of alcohol and other drugs.
